1. get through nursing school successfully and with little debt as possible, but not freaking out when I have to borrow money.

2. stop spending money. i need to cut back this year. not a lot of coffee or going out. it’s the year of staying in and bringing lunch yeah! but.. at the same time not killing myself, about the fact that i have to borrow in order to live and i’m a student and so this year… just this year, it’s okay.

3. work out. instead of going out to dinner, going to lunch or getting coffee, i’m going to suggest going for a walk, be ready for it!

4. calm my anxiety by exercise!

5. more water, less sugar.

that’s it.. no crazy restrictions or rules, that is WAY to much for this year… but cutting back in everything is a good idea i think.
